Achievements of the Lifeline Appeal
Dear Sir& Brother’s,
You may not be aware of the Achievements of the Lifeline Appeal, Which does much good work for those that are not as fortunate as our selves, one of the benefits of this appeal
Is to bring Chernobyl Children from Belarus to the UK for a rest and recuperation.
These children stay with families in the UK and are given medical and loving care during their stay, a number of Provincial Grand Lodges have over the years given their time and raised much needed funds for this annual event, one of the biggest supporters is Bro Alan
Foxall R.O.H. Grand Tyler 2009 of the Dudley & District P.G.L.
Brethren it has been borough to the attention of the members of the Perseverance Lodge 8261 That a number of the children that will benefit this year will be staying at Britney House in Devon, Brethren you are all welcome to attend the Perseverance Lodge on Friday 26th February in an attempt to raise help raise funds for this appeal, in return for your support You will be treated to a Chilly Supper and for none chilly heads sandwiches.
Apart from the Lodge Registrations Fees and Grand Lodge Benevolent Fund, All other moneys taken on the night will be donated to this worthy appeal it is also proposed to hold
a raffle and auction on the night, This event will be a normal lodge meeting open to members only we trust that we can rely on you support and look forward to your visit.
It would be much appreciated if you would take the time to notify us of numbers that wish to attend so that we do have sufficient food to go around.

It is proposed to celebrate this event with a Dinner & Dance at the Cliff Hotel Dovercourt Harwich Essex
On Saturday 25th September 2010, the cost of the Dinner will be £ 20. 00 per head, we have included

We, do realise that this event is a long way off but for Grand Lodge Officers both Past & Present that
